Working Principle
The Forage Shredder is equipped with an automatic chain feeding and conveying system. After forage enters the grinding chamber through the feeding inlet, high-speed rotating moving blades work in coordination with fixed blades to complete the initial chopping process. Then internal hammers further crush, knead and shred the stalks, thoroughly breaking rigid straw into evenly soft filamentous feed. Qualified processed material discharges through the bottom screen; replacing screens with different aperture sizes allows adjustment of the finished feed length.
Fitted with anti-clog spiral pressing rollers, the machine realizes fully automatic feeding without manual pushing, fundamentally solving material sticking and blockage issues during processing wet grass and silage.
