The Grass Crusher is a multi-functional forage chopping, shredding and grinding machine engineered for large-scale pastures, cattle and sheep farms, and forage planting bases. It specializes in processing fresh and dry varieties of forage including alfalfa, king grass, hybrid napier grass, ryegrass and leymus chinensis. In a single pass, it completes three key procedures: stalk cutting, intensive kneading and fine pulverization. It addresses common drawbacks of ordinary machinery such as stiff processed forage, indigestible crude fiber, poor silage fermentation performance and selective feeding that leads to massive feed waste, making it essential core processing equipment for silage production, hay storage and feed pelleting.

Centered on precision forage processing, the machine adopts a front dual-pressure roller forced feeding structure. It delivers steady automatic feeding for fluffy, long and dewy fresh grass, eliminating grass rebound and feeding blockages. Multi-stage shredding technology is implemented internally: whole forage plants are first chopped into segments, then repeatedly kneaded by high-density flail knives to fully break rigid stalks and refine plant fibers while preserving intact nutrients in grass leaves. The finished forage forms soft, pliable filaments with drastically improved palatability. Cattle and sheep consume it completely with no leftover residue, significantly cutting feed waste.
