Product Structure
The feed crusher features a well-organized layout. The complete unit consists of a feed inlet, conveying hose, crushing chamber, thickened dust removal pipe, discharge outlet, start switch and integrated motor frame.
It adopts negative-pressure self-suction feeding via the hose: raw materials are drawn into the crushing chamber through the metal feed inlet for processing. The pulverized feed powder is conveyed through pipelines to the thickened dust removal pipe for dust sedimentation, before being discharged centrally from the outlet. The one-touch start switch enables simple operation. The integrated frame incorporates the motor for a compact and stable layout. With an all-in-one design integrating dust collection, feeding, crushing and discharging, it delivers clean and labor-saving operation.
